Where Official Transcripts Cannot Be Sent?

* Individuals' addresses or emails: Official transcripts cannot be sent directly to personal addresses or email accounts, including yahoo.com or unizik.edu.ng. Self-collection is also not allowed.

* Third-party organizations: Transcripts cannot be mailed or emailed through any third-party company or individual.

* Companies/Organizations for employment: Transcripts cannot be sent to companies or organizations for employment purposes. A statement of results is available for this purpose.

* Internal university sections: Transcripts cannot be sent to any department or office within the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, whether in physical or electronic form.

Where Official Transcripts Can Be Sent:

* Equivalent academic institutions: Transcripts can be sent to the official registrar's address of another university at the same level.

* Postgraduate school deans: Transcripts can be sent to the dean of the postgraduate school at another university at the same level.

* Scholarship boards and embassies: Transcripts can be sent to the official addresses of scholarship boards and embassies.

For electronic transcripts:

* Applicants requesting electronic transcripts must provide the official email address of the recipient institution, scholarship board, or embassy.

* If sending transcripts to an evaluation agency, include the reference number, application ID, or student ID (e.g., WES Ref. no./ICAS No./PBEC No.) in the address section of your application.
